Proactive Multilateral Agenda
The Egmont – Royal Institute for International Relations organised a brainstorming on a Proactive Multilateral Agenda for the European Union on 14 March. Participants discussed EU relations with emerging powers ,notably China, as well as EU effectiveness in multilateral negotiations.
