Training session for the 4th Promotion of ENA Mali offered by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the support and the participation of the Belgian Embassy in Bamako
During this 2-week training programme, the 44 trainee public servants developed their skills in negotiation, leadership, human resources management, and exchanged views on conflict prevention, fragile contexts, local administration, values and creativity in the public administration inspired by Malian problematics.
