Biography

Benjamin Bodson joined Egmont in 2019 to contribute to the European Affairs Programme as Associate Fellow. Benjamin is academic assistant in European Union law at the Faculty of Law and Criminology and at the Institute for European Studies of the Catholic University of Louvain (UCLouvain). In parallel, Benjamin is pursuing a PhD entitled “Trilogues in EU Constitutional Theory”. He holds degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science (MSc in International Relations Theory, 2015) and the University of Liège (master’s degree in Law, specialised in Public Law, 2014). Benjamin publishes on EU law issues, both institutional and substantive, such as Brexit or ethics in EU institutions. Benjamin is also research assistant at HEC Paris and TILN Fellow of the German Marshall Fund of the United States for 2020/2021.
